Refund policy
All claim returns for shortages or damages material must be claimed within 5 days after receipt of delivery. All returns must be authorized by though a rep here at Jade by Jane. To request an RMA number simply email us at hello@jadebyjane.com. Items may not be returned for any other reason unless approved otherwise by management. Receipts must be shown as proof of purchase in order to receive store credit. Sales are not subject to a refund, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee. Late payments are subject to a one-time nonrefundable-late charge. Therefore a 10% interest fee may be applied to the total amount due. *In an event of a dispute, parties will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California regardless of their residence, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect from the other party all of its legal cost and expenses incurred therewith, including attorney's fees.
